Patterned Growth of Neurons in Vitro
Nerve cells and glial cells cultured on a patterned substrate. Nerve cell processes are labeled with FITC (green) and glial cells are labeled with TRITC (red). Cell nuclei are counterstained with DAPI. This image was acquired on the Zeiss Axiovert fluorescence workstation with a 63x N.A. 1.4 objective and MCID image acquisition software.
