Clifford Torus 3D Print
Photograph of a 3D print of a Clifford torus object. The torus was modeled in Maya software using MEL (Maya Embedded Language) scripting. Then the model was exported from Maya in VRML (.wrl) format. Finally, the VRML file was printed on the ITG's ZCorp Spectrum Z510 color 3D printer. 3D modeling, 3D printing, and photography were all performed by Eisenmann in the Visualization Laboratory.
