Visualization Laboratory Graphics Services

The Visualization Laboratory (Vis Lab), a component of the Imaging Technology Group, serves dozens of research groups and hundreds of researchers in nearly every department on campus from the Beckman Institute, providing research graphics in the form of journal cover artwork, macro photography, paper schematics & figures, infographics, SEM false coloring, video stabilization, and more. Since its inception over 20 years ago, the Vis Lab has been awarded over 75 journal covers and has had graphics published on BBC, Wired, Science, Nature, and PNAS to name a few.
