A pro-nuclear zygote was flushed from the oviduct after fertilization and grown in culture for 144 hours before immunolabeling (FITC) for Parathyroid Hormone Related Peptide (PTHRP) and counterstaining nuclear chromatin with propidium iodide. Embryo was cultured in low glucose KSOM + amino acids.
