Linkam Heating and Cooling Stage
The Linkam heating and cooling stage system consists of a THMS600 stage, a T95-LinkPad system controller and a LNP95 liquid nitrogen cooling pump. The stage can be used with the Horiba Raman confocal microscope, the Inspection microscope and other upright light microscopes. The temperature range of the stage is -196 °C to 600 °C and the maximum heating rate is 150 °C/min.
