Thermo Fisher FEI Tecnai G2 F20 S-TWIN STEM operates at up to 200 kV with a Schottky field-emission electron gun. Digital image acquisition using an AMT 4k x 4k CMOS camera or a Gatan Orius widefield retractable side-mount camera, as well as HAADF-STEM (High-angle annular dark-field scanning transmission electron microscopy).
